Felicity & Oliver Work Together To Find Who The New Vigilante is on 'Arrow'

Felicity is the bearer of bad news right now — there’s another Vigilante on the loose in Star City!

In the clip below, Felicity (played by JJJ fave Emily Bett Rickards) introduces the team to two criminals who were just “dropped off” at SCPD, and jokingly refers to them both as “Douchebags one and two”.

After Oliver (Stephen Amell) realizes there is a new Vigilante, the team is split about whether they should stop someone who is helping keep the city safe.
