Riverdale's Ashleigh Murray Joins Chloe Bennet in 'Valley Girl' Movie Remake

Ashleigh Murray is headed to the big screen!

The Riverdale actress will join Chloe Bennet, Logan Paul, and Better Call Saul‘s Jessie Ennis in MGM’s remake of Valley Girl.

The adaptation to the 1983 original follows Julie (Jessica Rothe), a sweet-natured San Fernando Valley girl whose world and values are rocked when she falls hard for Randy (Josh Whitehouse), a punk rocker from Hollywood.

Ashleigh is set to play Loryn, a high-energy, spacey and boy-crazy popular girl. Logan is Mickey a preppy, popular, tennis star and Julie’s boyfriend.

Meanwhile Chloe plays Karen, a Queen bee, Valley girl who’s obsessed with status and overcompensates for her lack of charisma by ruling the school with an iron fist.
