Get excited Il Volo fans — a new album is coming soon!
The guys — Ignazio Boschetto, Piero Barone and Gianluca Ginoble — confirmed that they’ll start work on a brand new record this summer.
It will be a pop record produced by Emilio Estefan.
“In the past, we have done major projects but [the songs were] ‘heavy’, at least for three teens to twenties,” the guys revealed in a new interview. “Now is the time for a record of songs with Latin flavor, probably in both Spanish and Italian.”
Il Volo are also pictured below meeting Pope Francis at The Vatican, where they presented him with a copy of their record, Notte Magica, ahead of their concert at the Mediolanum Forum in Milan, Italy.
