Lucy Hale Joins the Other Liars in Paying Tribute to 'PLL' Before Finale

Happy Pretty Little Liars Day! The series finale airs tonight, and in honor of this bittersweet holiday – that’s right, we declared it – many of the cast members are taking to social media to express their gratitude and love for the show.

Lucy Hale posted an adorable throwback picture of the Liars with their heads in a circle, smiling and looking so, so young.

“I can almost remember the day about 8 years ago that we took this photo,” she wrote. “Little did we know, our lives were about to change drastically. For me to be speechless says a lot, but I’m finding it hard to find the words to express my gratitude to every single person that made this show a success. Sometimes simple is better and I just want to say …I will miss you Pretty Little Liars. Thanks to @imarleneking –She knows what she did, the whole cast, hardworking crew, producers and writers and all of YOU. You became part of the family. And to Aria– you became a part of me in a way, but I’ll always keep you close.”

Troian Bellisario penned an emotional tribute to the show earlier today, and Sasha Pieterse shared some touching words. Your move Ashley Benson and Shay Mitchell… though we’re not sure we can take much more!

This show dug its way into our pretty little hearts, and there it will stay.
