Nina Dobrev goes on a brisk walk with her puppy, Mrs. Maverick, around her neighborhood in Los Angeles this week.
The former Vampire Diaries actress opened up in a new interview about her workout regime and how it can be a little difficult to get it in because she is a new pet parent.
“It’s tricky to do when you have a new puppy and a very demanding work schedule, but I try to do something active every day,” Nina shared.
She adds about her workouts she does: “They’re [Reebok and the Les Mills GRIT workouts] high intensity and very short. I’m in and out in 30 minutes, and I get my butt kicked! I leave drenched in sweat, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.”
Nina also revealed that once upon a time, she wanted to go to the Olympics!
“It was always a dream to go to the Olympics, and some of my teammates actually did,” she says. “When I got to the age of 15, I knew that wasn’t in my cards, but I still loved to perform, so I took a different path.”
