Shay Mitchell Has No Shame in Wearing A Face Mask in Public

Shay Mitchell gets a selfie of herself wearing one of Bior�’s new Limited-Edition Tie-Dye Pore Strips during the launch event in New York City on Thursday (August 17).

The actress and adventurer hosted the event, which gave back and raise monies for Girl Up and their SchoolCycle program.

During the event, Shay also spoke to Refinery29 about being that one person who has no shame in wearing face masks out in public — something we wish we had the courage to do!

“I have no shame in walking out or being in public with a face mask on – none whatsoever,” she laughs. “Everybody knows that I’m a go-to mask queen. Every time anyone comes over I surprise them, because I’ll have the [Bior� One Minute Mask] on. If you aren’t expecting it, it can be a little surprising.”

Shay adds that she’s also that person who shows off the results, too!

“[Seeing the] aftermath on a pore strip is the best part,” Shay says. “I mean, that’s what I call satisfaction.”

“As gross as it is because you’re getting all that dirt and oil out, it’s also satisfying because then you feel so much better because your pores are clean.”
