The 24-year-old entertainer looked chic and casual in a pink and rainbow sweatshirt as she stepped out after her GMA summer concert.

Later that night, Demi looked stunning in a denim jacket and black dress as she arrived for a showing of the super popular Broadway musical Dear Evan Hansen.
Demi took to Twitter recently to share that she already knows that her friends are throwing her a surprise party for her 25th birthday on Sunday!
