The original Josie McCoy, Rachael Leigh Cook, really wants to guest star on Riverdale!
The actress, who starred in the movie about the iconic comic-book band, spoke with IBT about guesting on the CW series and totally wants in.
“I would totally do that,” she shared. “I hope they [Ashleigh Murray and Hayley Law] told their bosses…because I think that would be a great time.”
Rachael is actually a big fan of the show, too.
“I remember when I was watching the pilot with my husband [Daniel Gillies] and I said, ‘How come I’m not someone’s mom? I’m somebody’s mom in real life, I could be somebody’s mom,'” she adds. “But then I saw the moms that they cast and I thought, ‘Yeah, they’re killing it.'”
