Sarah Hyland is reaching out to fans and followers to help her amid her health struggles.
The 27-year-old Modern Family star took to Twitter on Wednesday (March 21) to ask for advice while dealing with doctors.
“For those who are chronically ill and in chronic pain: Have you had the experience of doctors not listening to you? If so, how do you not tear their heads off with your bare hands? :)” Sarah tweeted.
Back in May 2017, Sarah opened up about her health struggles, including a battle with kidney dysplasia, which required her to undergo a kidney transplant in 2012.
