Ashley Tisdale Details Plans About Illuminate Cosmetics' Re-brand & Future

Ashley Tisdale is getting ready to revamp all of her makeup line, Illuminate by Ashley.

In a new interview with WWD, the actress, producer, and makeup mogul opened up about her plans for the future of the brand, which isn’t under the BH Cosmetics brand any longer.

“The reason why it was better for us to separate is because as I was looking through my customers, and I have a really one-on-one relationship with my Illuminate customer, I started to realize my customer is very different than the BH customer,” Ashley shared about the break.

She adds that Illuminate will be targeting more the ‘everyday girl’ and that’s the entire mission behind Illuminate.

“I think makeup is supposed to illuminate your natural features, so I really wanted to bring it back to that,” Ashley says. “But I also had an idea for my company to be more of a lifestyle brand, so there’s a lot more than just makeup that we’re going to be doing.”

What can you expect from the relaunch this fall? Obviously, more gorgeous Goddess palettes, and “everything that my audience knows and wants from me — so skin care is a big one, and also, hair care.”
