Here's How Tandy & Tyrone of 'Cloak & Dagger' Are Part of the MCU

Marvel’s Cloak & Dagger premiered last night on Freeform – and you probably have some questions.

Most importantly, how on earth do Tandy (Olivia Holt) and Tyrone (Aubrey Joseph) fit into the MCU, if at all? Well, they do.

In an interview with TVLine, showrunner Joe Pokaski revealed that he’s “not allowed to talk about the timing in terms of Infinity War”, however they are part of the big picture.

The show’s first season will focus more on the understanding of Tandy and Tyrone as individual characters.

“We’ve had some exciting conversations about how we could artfully cross Tandy and Tyrone over [to other Marvel properties],” he adds. “The beauty of these two is that they can show up anywhere [and it makes sense].”

“There are at least a dozen Easter eggs in the first season that Marvel approved, and a few more that I snuck in there,” Joe teases, particularly pointing out Roxxon Corp. “We’re excited to have Roxxon Gulf, our Louisiana version of Roxxon, represented.”

If you don’t know, Tandy and Tyrone made their first appearance in “Peter Parker, The Spectacular Spider-Man” in 1982.
