The 27-year-old Modern Family star and 34-year-old Bachelorette star were spotted smiling and holding hands while heading out from the Abbey Nightclub on Monday night (November 19) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The two looked happy together, stopping to pose with fans and sign autographs as they made their way out of the club.
