Ariana Grande Describes 'Imagine' as 'Denial'

We’re only a day away from hearing Ariana Grande‘s newest song, “Imagine”.

The 25-year-old singer opened up about the new track with her fans after they were asking about the story and meaning behind the song.

“A lot of this album mourns failed yet important, beautiful relationships in my life (as well as celebrates growth/exploring new independence),” Ariana shared on her Instagram Stories.

She adds, “But for those of you asking about ‘imagine’: I would say if ‘thank u, next’ – acceptance…’imagine’ = denial. Hope that makes sense.
