Hailey Colborn twirls around in a gorgous lilac dress while arriving for Smile Train’s 20th Anniversary Gala held at Capitale on Thursday night (May 2) in New York City.
The 18-year-old Princeton University student and former Miss Teen USA was joined by Olivia Jordan, Pia Wurtzbach, and singer Jackie Evancho.

The star-studded event included a special performance by Alexa Ray Joel, followed by an after party with REV RUN + DJ RUCKUS.
