Hailey Bieber's Beauty Brand Name Trademark Has Been Refused

Hailey Bieber‘s “Bieber Beauty” brand isn’t happening just yet.

It was recently revealed that the 22-year-old model’s trademark application for the name was refused by the U.S. Patent & Trademark officials – and it’s because of her husband Justin Bieber.

The 25-year-old singer locked up the “Bieber Beauty” trademark back in 2003 – when he was just 9-years-old, The Blast reports. Hailey filed to trademark the name back in April of this year.

Hailey‘s trademark application was officially refused due to “likelihood of confusion” and “similarity of marks” to Justin‘s trademark.
