Shay replied, “Not married, can you believe it still happened?!!”

In another post, Shay shows off her lunch table of prosciutto, tomatoes, olives, and more, leading another person to comment, “You shouldn’t eat that” with the pregnant emoji. Shay replied jokingly, “Can I still have the wine tho?!”
