Jordan Fisher Always Hoped He'd Marry Someone From His Hometown

Jordan Fisher and his fiancee Ellie are a perfect match!

The 25-year-old actor, who met Ellie when he was just 13, recently opened up about his hope that he would marry someone that he grew up with.

“It’s so hard to date in our industry…We’re constantly going around, bopping around, doing the thing and traveling. It’s a different kind of lifestyle,” Jordan said on Live With Kelly and Ryan.

Kelly agreed, adding that the “comfort of knowing somebody” can improve the relationship.

Jordan added, “I think I always kind of romanticized the idea falling in love with somebody that I’ve known for a long time. Maybe even someone from back home in Birmingham.”
