The Dancing with the Stars pro took to Instagram on Saturday (February 15) to show off his creative Valentine’s Day gift from his girlfriend Hayley Erbert.

“Obviously this is a personal gift but it’s just too creative not to share,” he captioned the video below. “These are the gifts that you know took a lot of time and effort to make. Which makes it feel even more special. #ultimateValentinesCard #artsandcrafts #love #valentines.”

It features a six-sided box that opens up into smaller and smaller boxes, with each level showcasing photos that flip out, resembling flower petals.

There are also compartments for notes and any other special surprises.
