Taylor Swift Has a Songwriting Credit On Super Fan Olivia Rodrigo's Debut Album

Yes, you read that right, Taylor Swift has a credit on Olivia Rodrigo‘s debut album Sour.

The 31-year-old and her friend/producer Jack Antonoff both are credited as songwriters on one of the 18-year-old singer’s new songs.

In the song “1 Step Forward, 3 Steps Back,” Olivia interpolates Taylor‘s “New Year’s Day” from her Reputation album, Rolling Stone revealed. The title of the song even references to Taylor‘s favorite number 13.

Olivia even previously shared that the bridge for “deja vu” was inspired by Taylor‘s “Cruel Summer.”

And if all of this wasn’t enough, Billboard points out that if you add up the numbers in Olivia‘s album premiere date, 5/21/2021, you get 13!

Olivia is of course a very loud spoken massive Taylor Swift fan, and even got to finally meet her recently when they both attended the 2021 BRIT Awards.

Stay tuned right here on JJJ when Sour comes out in just a few hours!!
