Sophia Woodward – 10 Fun Facts

• 1. I’ve moved houses around 20 times. No particular reason, my family just craves change very easily.
• 2. When I lived in Montana, my family owned a farm where we raised chickens, goats, & sometimes rabbits. We also had a garden where we grew most of our food!
• 3. I tap danced for 10 years until I had to stop dancing so I could travel for acting.
• 4. I was (& still am) a huge musical theatre geek. It’s how I started acting. My favorite role I ever played in a musical was Sister Mary Robert in Sister Act when I was 12.
• 5. My favorite music artist is Elton John. I got tickets to see him in concert last Christmas! (His book “Me” is a must read!)
• 6. The song I sang for my audition to be Luna Loud was “Bad Reputation” by Joan Jett & the Blackhearts. She quickly became one of my biggest references when playing Luna.
• 7. I always had long brown hair before getting the role of Luna & having to cut my hair. Big shock at first but now I LOVE IT.
• 8. I’ve built up a lot of tolerance for extreme weather due to 110° summers in Oklahoma & -24° winters in Montana. (We were required to go outside for recess in school unless it was under 7°)
• 9. My family ADORES Elvis Presley. My dad had Elvis cups that he’d bring out for formal family dinners, we have a photo book of him on our coffee table, and a large photo of him in our bonus room.
• 10. I got into professional acting by competing on a talent cruise that travelled from LA to different locations in Mexico. I won top child actor.
