Lucy Paez Joins On Screen Mom Jennifer Lopez at 'The Mother' Premiere

Lucy Paez brings some sunshine to the carpet in a yellow dress at the premiere of her new movie The Mother held at Westwood Village on Wednesday (May 10) in Los Angeles.

The young actress could also be seen posing for photos with her on screen mother Jennifer Lopez, who was accompanied to the premiere by her husband Ben Affleck.

Also stepping out for the premiere were their co-stars Yvonne Senat Jones, Omari Hardwick and Paul Raci.

The Mother centers on a deadly female assassin (Lopez) who comes out of hiding to protect the daughter (Paez) that she gave up years before, while on the run from dangerous men.

Recently, Lucy opened up about learning from Jennifer while on set of the movie.

“She taught me a lot, especially the side of the work ethic,” she said on TODAY with Hoda and Jenna. “I saw that she would come in at 5am ready to do this, and last night she was at the MTV Awards like singing and in a beautiful dress, and she was in at 5am doing all the action in the mud and snow. That, to me, was so impressive.”

“To see someone that has been in this industry for like, so much, she is such a mentor because you get to see, you know, someone that’s an icon,” Lucy added.
