Kiernan Shipka, Sasha Lane & David Corenswet Among New Additions to 'Twister' Sequel

The already stacked cast of Twisters is adding even more star power!

Kiernan Shipka, Sasha Lane and David Corenswet are among eight new additions to the cast of the upcoming long-awaited Twister sequel, according to Deadline.

Also being added to the cast are Maura Tierney, Harry Hadden-Paton, Nik Dodani, Tunde Adebumpe and Katy O’Brian, who all join previously announced Glen Powell, Daisy Edgar-Jones, Anthony Ramos, Brandon Perea and Daryl McCormack.

Details on the sequel are under wraps, but Lee Isaac Chung is directing, with a script by Mark L Smith.

The first movie centered on “Bill and Jo Harding, advanced storm chasers on the brink of divorce, must join together to create an advanced weather alert system by putting themselves in the cross-hairs of extremely violent tornadoes.”
