Who Is Normani's New Boyfriend? Meet Seattle Seahawks' DeKaylin 'DK' Metcalf!

Normani hard launched her man on Instagram story this weekend and if you’re wondering who he is, we have you covered!

Last weekend, the 27-year-old “Motivation” singer posted a sweet photo with a man, who just so happens to be Seattle Seahawks player DeKaylin “DK” Metcalf, as they attended his teammate Tyler Lockett‘s wedding.

Former Seahawks player Russell Wilson was also at the wedding and posted a video of Normani and DK dancing together.

So, who is DK?

DeKaylin “DK” Metcalf, 25, is a football player, who is a wide receiver for the Seattle Seahawks. He joined the team in 2019 after being their second round pick in the NFL Draft that year.

A month later in May 2019, he officially signed a contract with the sports team, worth $4.6 million. Later that year, DK played his first regular season, and during the wild card round of the playoffs at the end of the season, DK had seven catches for 160 yards, and a touchdown, and set the NFL record for most receiving yards by a rookie in a playoff game.

In July 2022, DK signed a new three year deal with the Seahawks, a $72 million extension with $58.2 million guaranteed and a $30 million signing bonus, which is the largest ever for a wide receiver. WOW!

DK grew up in Mississippi and played college ball at the University of Mississippi, aka Ole Miss. His father, Terrence, also played at Ole Miss, and was also in the NFL for seven seasons, from 2002-2010, playing with the Chicago Bears.

Rumors of Normani and DK first started in June 2022 at the popular restaurant Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica, Calif, according to People.
