Even more reason to watch the 2014 American Music Awards!
One Direction and Lorde are set to take the stage to perform at the 2014 AMA’s, which air live on Sunday, November 23 @ 8PM on ABC from Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles.
The British boy band will go head-to-head with the 17-year-old New Zealand native for Artist of the Year and Favorite Pop/Rock album.
1D is also up for Favorite Pop/Rock Group, while Lorde nabbed Favorite Pop/Rock Female Artist and Favorite Alternative Rock Artist nods as well.

Jason Derulo is all smiles while announcing the nominees for the 2014 American Music Awards on Good Morning America outside the GMA Studios on Monday morning (October 13) in New York City.
The 25-year-old singer was joined by fellow artist Charli XCX.
