The Haunted Hathaways actors Brenna Yde and Curtis Harris face off on the basketball court during Nickelodeon’s Road to Worldwide Day of Play held at the Considine Family Center with the After School Alliance on Friday (August 1) and Saturday afternoon (August 2) in Detroit, Mich.
The two stars were joined by SpongeBob Squarepants and Patrick Star for the weekend of fun and fitness.
Worldwide Day of Play is part of Nickelodeon’s ongoing health and wellness efforts and continues the network’s legacy of promoting positive messages to its viewers. In addition to hosting its flagship event, on Sept 20, Nickelodeon will once again suspend programming from 12p.m. to 3p.m. in order to encourage kids to go outside and get active.

Get ready for a brand new comedy series to hit Nickelodeon – The Haunted Hathaways will premiere on Saturday (July 13) at 8:30pm ET/PT!
The new series is about a not-so-typical blended family that follows a mom and her two daughters who end up occupying the same home a ghost family consisting of a dad and two sons.
When Michelle Hathaway (Ginifer King) relocates to New Orleans, LA., to open a bakery with her daughters Taylor (Amber Montana) and Frankie (Breanna Yde), they quickly learn that life in the “Big Easy” is very different. Unbeknownst to them, their new home is already occupied by a ghost family comprised of jazz musician father Ray Preston (Chico Benymon), and his sons Miles (Curtis Harris) and Louie (Benjamin “Lil P-Nut” Flores Jr.). After agreeing to live under one roof, they come to care about and rely on one another while driving each other crazy– just like any normal family would. Though leery at first, the Hathaways soon discover how much fun life can be when living with ghosts.
