Kaitlyn Dever sits down for an interview with Stephen Colbert on The Late Show on Wednesday (May 22) in New York City.
The 22-year-old actress opened up about her new movie Booksmart and what she feels it really is about.
“It’s really, to me, it’s a love story. It’s about these two girls who are so dedicated to school and academics. They really excel. They spent four years of high school pretty much only really knowing that and each other and really didn’t party. They wanted to get into good colleges. And they sort of realize that everyone else got to party AND they got into good colleges. And they’re like, ‘Oh, well I guess we should try to get it all done in one night before we graduate,’” Kaitlyn said.
FYI: Kaitlyn is wearing a Prada dress and State Property jewelry.
Don’t you just love watching interviews with the guys from BTS?!
The seven members of the K-Pop group introduced themselves to the audience in the cutest way during their interview on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Wednesday night (May 15) in New York City.
Before the interview, the K-Pop group channeled Beatlemania by arriving at the theater in black suits and performing in black and white, just like The Beatles‘ appearance on The Ed Sullivan Show back in the day.
The Late Show is filmed in the same theater where The Beatles made their historic debut in the states.
During the interview, the guys from BTS revealed that their favorite song by the classic band is “Hey Jude” and they even sang a snippet.
The guys channeled The Beatles for the performance, which is fitting, since BTS’ talent and popularity have been compared to the Fab Four.
“You may have heard there’s a new musical craze sweeping the globe, these fellas are really something. They’re called BTS and people are so excited you can only call it BTS Mania,” Stephen Colbert said as he introduced the group. “These boys are from across the pond, the big one, the one with Hawaii in the middle. They really are a fine group of youngsters, in fact, you can call them the fab seven. It’s got a nice ring to it.”
During her appearance, Millie discusses being the youngest UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador and paints Stephen‘s nails UNICEF blue in honor of World Children’s Day on November 20.
She also discussed being friends with her family and her inner circle, as well as doing “normal things” like going to the grocery store.
