Liam Payne just wasn’t having James Corden‘s statement that boy bands were better than solo artists on The Late Late Show last night (September 6).
Although he was part of a boy band (which he gives a shout out too), Liam took things into his own hands and staged an amazing riff-off on the program with The Filharmonic.
Together, Liam, James and The Filharmonic performed a medley of NSYNC, George Michael, Hanson and One Direction music that WILL be stuck in your heads all day long.

The group — made up of VJ Rosales, Joe Caigoy, Trace Gaynor, Barry Fortgang, Jules Cruz, and Niko Del Rey — took on twelve songs from Bruno, including his latest hit single, “24K Magic”.
Here are all the other songs the Filharmonic included: “Uptown Funk”, “Runaway Baby”, “Locked Out of Heaven”, “Grenade”, “Nothin on You”, “When I Was Your Man”, “Marry You”, “Billionaire”, “Lazy Song”, “Just the Way You Are”, and “Treasure”.

The Filharmonic sing it out in their new cover video for “Starving”, premiering exclusively on JustJaredJr.com.
The guys — VJ Rosales, Joe Caigoy, Trace Gaynor, Barry Fortgang, Jules Cruz, and Niko Del Rey – took on the collaborative track between Zedd and Hailee Steinfeld, after Zedd replied to their tweet about covering the song.
“We had an amazing time putting this video together,” the group shared with JJJ. “The vibe that Hailee Steinfeld, Zedd and Grey brings out in the song is full of fun energy and we couldn’t resist, we had to put our own spin to it.”

The Filharmonic are really ready for Christmas this year and have a new cover to prove it!
The six-member group of VJ Rosales, Joe Caigoy, Trace Gaynor, Barry Fortgang, Jules Cruz and Niko Del Rey took on Ariana Grande‘s “Santa Tell Me” for the holiday season.
“We already love Ariana Grande‘s new EP, Christmas and Chill, so we thought we’d try our favorite Holiday song of her’s from last year!” the group wrote in the notes section.

Originally performed by Tori Kelly and Ed Sheeran, the six-member group of VJ Rosales, Joe Caigoy, Trace Gaynor, Barry Fortgang, Jules Cruz and Niko Del Rey spun the hot song into an a cappella masterpiece.
The cover also features India Carney, who was on this past season of The Voice.
