Miranda Cosgrove sparkles on the red carpet in a nude and silver dress as she arrives at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards at Radio City Music Hall on Sunday evening (September 13).

The 16-year-old iCarly actress will be presenting during tonight’s festivities.

The 2009 MTV Video Music Awards are hosted by British comedian Russell Brand and will air live @ 9PM ET/PT on MTV.
