The now 18-year-old actress tweeted, “Birthday coming to an end.. I really want to take the time out to thank everyone for wishing me a Happy Birthday!!!”
Rags is expected to premiere on Nickelodeon later this year.

Set in a post-apocalyptic world in the country of Panem where North America once existed, THE HUNGER GAMES follows the quest of “Tributes†– one teenage boy and girl chosen from each of the country’s twelve districts – as they compete in the Hunger Games.
Part twisted entertainment, part government intimidation tactic, the Hunger Games are a nationally televised event in which “Tributes†must fight with one another until one survivor remains.
The flick hits theaters on March 23, 2012!
