KJ Apa is front and center with his Riverdale co-stars while accepting a surfboard at the 2017 Teen Choice Awards held at USC’s Galen Center on Sunday (August 13) in Los Angeles.
The 20-year-old actor dedicated the award to line producer JB Moranville, who died last year.
KJ was joined by Cole Sprouse, Lili Reinhart, Camila Mendes, Casey Cott, Ashleigh Murray, and Madelaine Petsch to accept the award for Choice Drama TV Show on stage at the event.
Cole won Choice Drama TV Actor, Lili won Choice Breakout TV Star, and the two of them won Choice TV Ship.
Other awards that Riverdale won were Choice Breakout TV Show, Choice Scene Stealer for Camila, and Choice Hissy Fit for Madelaine.

Zendaya is always one to speak her mind and let her voice be heard when necessary and she used her acceptance speech at the 2017 Teen Choice Awards to reach out to young people amid the events in Charlottesville this weekend.
The 20-year-old entertainer was presented with the Choice Summer Movie Actress award at the show on Sunday (August 13) in Los Angeles.
“With all the injustice and the hatred and everything that is happening not only in the world, but in our country right now, I need all you young people, I need all you guys to be educated, I need you to listen, I need you to pay attention,” Zendaya said.
“And I need you to go ahead and understand that you have a voice and it is OK to use it when you see something bad happening,” she added. “So make sure that you stay educated and that you do not let people tell you what you think you should feel. Because you are the leaders, you’re the future leaders of the world, you’re the future presidents, the future senators, and you guys are the ones who are gonna make this world better.”
Zendaya was one of the many stars who spoke out after the injustices in Virginia.

During the show, Fifth Harmony won the awards for Choice Music Group, Choice Summer Group, and Choice Song: Group for the their hot new song “Down”!
