Guests at the event celebrated the launch of the new 25,000 sq ft expansion, Stage 48: Script to Screen, ahead of its official opening later this week. Stage 48 gives guests unprecedented behind-the-scenes access to the world of film and TV production.
They got an insider’s view of Hollywood by designing their own Batmobiles and movie costumes, stepped onto original sets, tried out green screen technology, and followed the journey through post-production and into the glory of awards season.

“I think Allison really brought that to the table,” Riker shared about his old school freestyle they performed. “The whole thing was trying to be traditional but come up with something new at the same time. Allison was so brilliant at that—keeping it traditional but adding our flair on top of it.”
Rumer added about dedicating her win to anyone who’s ever felt bullied.
“That’s who this mirror ball is for, honestly. It’s for everyone who ever felt like they weren’t good enough or felt like they couldn’t accomplish something because you can,” Rumer shared. “And even if you don’t feel like you’re beautiful every day or feel like you look right or you could do something, if you work hard and put your whole heart into it, you totally can.”
