On the upcoming season, JoJo will not have a traditional boy/girl dance partnership and we will be paired with a female professional!

This will be the first time EVER on the long-running, hit ABC series that a same sex couple has competed on the ballroom floor.

“Without hesitation, immediately, I was like, ‘It would be so incredible and would mean so much to me, and I think mean so much to people around the world if I partnered with another female,’” JoJo said during the ABC TCA panel, via Hollywood Life. “So right away, there wasn’t a question.”

“There are so many girls that are on the show that I would love to be paired with,” JoJo added. “I think Lindsay [Arnold] is awesome, Jenna [Johnson] is incredible, Britt [Stewart] is amazing. I think if I got one of those three I would just be so happy.”

We can’t wait to find out who JoJo will be dancing with!!

Earlier this year, JoJo opened up about a scene in one of her upcoming movies that made her uncomfortable that was able to be taken out.
