Kelsey Chow & Ryan Ochoa: Party at the Pier Pair

Kelsey Chow catches up with gal pal Bridgit Mendler at the 2010 2010 Mattel Party on the Pier to benefit the Mattel Children’s Hospital UCLA at Pacific Park in Santa Monica on Sunday afternoon (October 17).

The 19-year-old actress was also joined by Pair of Kings costar Ryan Ochoa at the event. Ryan is also pictured at the launch party for Ubisoft’s Just Dance 2 on Tuesday night (October 19).
