Justin Bieber Parties with Sean 'Diddy' Combs in Atlanta

A shirtless Justin Bieber parties it up at a party for Ciroc held at the Vanquish Lounge on Wednesday night (February 5) in Atlanta, Ga.

The 19-year-old entertainer was seen hanging with Sean “Diddy” Combs, who hosted the party. Also in attendance were T.I., Jermaine Dupri, Wale, Rick Ross, Lil Scrappy and Trinidad James.

Chantel Jeffries, Justin‘s newest gal pal was reportedly also in attendance.
