Lucy Hale & Drake Bell Stop by Radio Row Before the Billboard Music Awards!

At the same event, Drake Bell sported a retro look as he goofed around with the products.

Earlier that same week, Lucy was all smiles as she ran into some fans on her way to Universal CityWalk in Universal City, Calif.
