VIDEO: Maddie Baillio Joins Forces with Original Tracys for 'Welcome to the 60s'

Did you catch that super special moment during the song “Welcome to the 60s” from Hairspray Live? If you didn’t realize, the two original Tracy Turnblads united with Maddie Baillio live on screen!

The 20-year-old actress appeared in the scene alongside Ricki Lake and Marissa Jaret Winkour, who originated the role in the 1988 movie and the 2002 Broadway musical, respectively.

“Welcome to the 60s” is a song that features Tracy getting her mom Edna (Harvey Fierstein) out of the house to experience what the world is like during the 1960s.
