OlderMega Social Star Wengie Will Launch Her Own App! (Exclusive)
Wengie is one of the biggest names on the internet right now, with 11 million fans and counting!
The Australian-born social star is so relatable in all her YouTube vids, which definitely makes you feel like you are her BFF and it gets even better — she’s launching her own app!
Called World of Wengie, the new mobile subscription-based experience will connect you with her even more, and even other fans!
“I’m so excited about this app because it’s the first time I get to talk to my viewers in a place where I get to create and shape,” Wengie told JJJ exclusively. “It’ll also be much more intimate because we’ll have a group chat room and live streams together, it’s kinda like our own little hangout spot.”
She adds, “My whole brand right now has been all built on other platforms so having my own place will mean I can do so much more with it and basically enable me to create any experience I want for my wengiecorns.”
If you missed it, Wengie also announced that she was moving to the United States and the app definitely lets her keep in touch with her fans all over the world.
“When I came to LA I simply fell in love,” she says. “It was not so much about the actual location or even the amazing weather, but the people I met and the energy and vibe of the place is amazing.”
Wengie adds, “Everyone is out there chasing some sort of big dream, hustling and just creating. This attitude is also infectious and because LA is the place where so many crazy dreams actually come true everyone always believes it can happen to them and that literally is what I’m about so I felt so at home and pumped to take on more!”
