Dwayne Johnson Stars In First 'Black Adam' Trailer - Watch Now!

The first trailer for the upcoming DC movie Black Adam is here!

Dwayne Johnson takes on the titular role in the film, which is the first-ever feature to explore the story of the super hero.

Jaume Collet-Serra, who directed Dwayne in Jungle Cruise, serves as director for this film, written by Adam Sztykiel and Rory Haines & Sohrab Noshirvani.

Here’s a synopsis: Nearly 5,000 years after he was bestowed with the almighty powers of the ancient gods— and imprisoned just as quickly—Black Adam is freed from his earthly tomb, ready to unleash his unique form of justice on the modern world.

Also starring in the film are Aldis Hodge as Hawkman, Noah Centineo as Atom Smasher, Sarah Shahi as Adrianna, Marwan Kenzari as Ishmael, Quintessa Swindell as Cyclone, Bodhi Sabongui as Amon, and Pierce Brosnan as Dr. Fate.

Black Adam will hit theaters and IMAX internationally starting October 19th, and on October 21st in North America.
