Former Disney Channel Stars Debby Ryan, Matthew Scott Montgomery & More Uniting For New LGBTQ+ Horror Film

The ultimate Disney stars reunion is happening!

It has just been revealed that several former Disney Channel stars will be starring in an upcoming LGBTQ+ horror movie, Variety reveals.

Debby Ryan, Alyson Stoner and Matthew Scott Montgomery will star, with Allisyn Snyder serving as director.

Howdy, Neighbor!, written by Matthew, is formatted as a “screenlife” film, with all of the footage occurring on computer screens.

Matthew will play Benjamin, a young queer millennial actor living in West Hollywood who was once a famous child actor. When a new neighbor Chase (Grant Jordan) moves across the hall and reveals himself as a fan, Benjamin begins investigating the oddly familiar man with his best friend Harley (Ryan).

Also starring in the film are Matthew and Allisyn‘s So Random co-stars Damien Haas and Shayne Topp, Debby‘s Jessie co-star Kevin Chamberlin and Tim Bagley, who has appeared on Raven’s Home and Shake It Up, plus Awkward‘s Greer Grammer, Debby‘s Insatiable co-star Kimmy Shields, Everything’s Gonna Be Okay star Adam Faison and Sterling Sulieman, who has appeared on Hannah Montana.

Matthew and Allisyn are producing, along with her husband Dylan Snyder. Production is set to begin later this month.
