Joshua Bassett is opening up new music!
The 21-year-old actor and musician made an appearance on Live with Kelly and Ryan to chat up the new season of High School Musical: The Musical: The Series.
He was also asked if he’s releasing new music of his own.

“I am, yeah yeah. I’ve been working a lot the last year, and I’m very excited about what’s to come. I can’t say much,” he told the hosts.
As for the vibe? “I’m somewhere between like John Mayer, Billy Joel, I could say,” Joshua said.
If you missed it, Joshua was sharing snippets of new music a couple months ago on TikTok before announcing his upcoming fall tour!
There’s a lot coming up for the singer and actor – It was just announced that Joshua will be performing at this music festival.
This weekend, he’ll be seen on Celebrity Family Feud, and next week, HSMTMTS season three premieres!
