Holland Roden is dishing on what it was like making the upcoming Teen Wolf: The Movie without one of the show’s stars Dylan O’Brien.

The actor opted not to return for the reunion movie, after their characters, Stiles and Lydia, ended up together at the end of the MTV series.

Now, in a new interview, Holland opens up about what it was like without him.

“It’s sort of like when you have 11 kids and one’s missing,” she told Us Weekly. “Like, of course you know that they’re missing. We’re sad they’re not there, but it’s nice that we got as many people together as we could.”

As for an update on Lydia and Stiles’ relationship, Holland said, “You’ll have to watch.”

“It was like coming home,” she added about returning to set. “Having so many of your friends and getting to work with them and the fact that we grew up together is — I know that’s a rare thing in this business — and I certainly don’t take it for granted.”

If you missed it, Dylan previously opened up about why he didn’t return for Teen Wolf: The Movie.

He also addressed rumors that he was going to make a cameo in the Paramount+ movie.
