The night was full of reunions and love at the 2023 Cameron Boyce Foundation Gala held at Citizen News Hollywood on Thursday night (June 1) in Los Angeles.
Descendants stars and part of the “Core Four,” Dove Cameron, Booboo Stewart and Sofia Carson, reunited and snapped quite a few super cute photos together, plus co-stars Sarah Jeffery, with boyfriend Joseph Vecsey, Brenna D’Amico and Diane Doan, and director Kenny Ortega.
Cameron‘s family, parents Victor and Libby, and sister Maya stepped out, along with Yara Shahidi, who received the Cameron Boyce Foundation’s Youth Empowerment Award, for her “activism surrounding STEM awareness, women’s rights, civil rights, and her countless acts of kindness towards others.”

Jessie stars Karan Brar, Debby Ryan, with hubby Josh Dun, Peyton List and Kevin Chamberlin, Austin & Ally‘s Laura Marano and Calum Worthy, High School Musical‘s Monique Coleman and Gabby Duran‘s Maxwell Acee Donovan were among the Disney stars in attendance.
Cameron‘s close friend Sophie Reynolds, Runt co-stars Nicole Elizabeth Berger, Seth Lee and Carson Boatman, Grown Ups co-star Adam Sandler, Kiersey Clemons, Sofia‘s sister Paulina Char, Wendy Raquel Robinson, Peter Facinelli and fiancée Lily Anne Harrison, Missi Pyle, Grace Van Patten and Jackson White, Ryan Michelle Bathe, Yara‘s grown-ish co-star Marcus Scribner, and Alyssa Jirrels also stepped out for the event.
This year’s gala was held just four days after what would have been Cameron‘s 24th birthday.
The Cameron Boyce Foundation was founded in 2019 following the late actor’s death from SUDEP, and aims “to cure epilepsy through funding research, education and awareness campaigns while still supporting causes that were important to Cameron.”
