'Bunk'd' Star Mallory James Mahoney Reveals She Made Her Directorial Debut With Season 7 Episode!

Mallory James Mahoney is stepping behind the camera on Bunk’d!

The 18-year-old actress took on another role while filming one of the final episodes of the Disney Channel series.

“In My Directorial Debut Era💖,” she revealed earlier this month, along with a photo of the season seven, episode 19 script.

Then, on Wednesday (January 17), the actress celebrated her directorial debut!

“I’m so incredibly grateful to @disneychannel and #Bunkd for giving me this amazing opportunity to Direct our show. This has been such a growing experience for me as an actor and as a human. I love our cast and crew so much they made directing fun and they have been very supportive. You guys are the absolute best! Also, I’m extremely happy my family was able to come to set and see me in action and call out action 🎬🎥🍿🎦😜💖” Mallory captioned a pic with her parents.

Mallory is the fourth Bunk’d star who has also served as a director on the show!

Her current co-star Miranda May has directed several episodes, while former Bunk’d stars Peyton List and Karan Brar have both directed one each.

In case you missed it, it was revealed the Bunk’d‘s seventh season will be it’s last. The longest-running live action Disney Channel show will come to an end after an expanded season. Learn more here!
