Coco Jones had a big night at the 2023 BET Awards held on Sunday (June 25) at Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.
The 25-year-old singer and actress was nominated for three awards and took home the honor of Best New Artist.
Later in the night, Coco hit the stage to perform her RIAA Gold-certified song “ICU.”

So many of the industry’s brightest young stars attended the ELLE Hollywood Rising Stars 2023 at The Georgian Hotel on Thursday night (May 11) in Santa Monica, Calif.
The likes of Skai Jackson, Storm Reid, Maddie Ziegler and Jalyn Hall made it out to the event, which was presented by Polo Ralph Lauren. They all delivered chic looks on the red carpet.

Jalyn Hall has had quite the career so far, with some pretty major roles already.
The 16-year-old The Crossover star has taken on some historical figure roles, like Emmett Till in the movie Till, and he’ll also be playing a young Martin Luther King Jr in the upcoming anthology series Genius: MLK/X.

There was a Johnson family reunion over the weekend!
The young stars of black-ish – Miles Brown, Yara Shahidi, Marsai Martin and Marcus Scribner – all reunited at the 2023 NAACP Image Awards held at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium on Saturday night (February 25) in Pasadena, Calif.
Their TV mom Tracee Ellis Ross and fellow former co-star Deon Cole were also out at the awards show.

Jalyn Hall takes center stage in the emotional trailer for his new movie Bruised.
The 16-year-old Till actor stars as Darious in the new movie, which will premiere on Hulu.
He plays a 14-year-old who finds himself torn between two men in his life. The movie also stars Trevante Rhodes, Shamier Anderson and Shinelle Azoroh and was directed by Miles Warren.
