JJJ can exclusively reveal that the Faking It actor is switching networks for a recurring arc on ABC Family’s Recovery Road
Recovery Road centers on Maddie (Jessica Sula), who has a reputation as a party girl who doesn’t think she has a problem. But one day, she’s confronted by her school guidance counselor (Alexis Carra) and is forced to choose between expulsion and rehab.
Maddie makes the difficult decision to live with other recovering addicts at a sober living facility, all while facing the daily pressures of her teenage life.
Recovery Road is set to premiere early 2016.
