That same day, Nick and his band were seen filming a new music video at Ted’s Frostop Diner while wearing hats that had the initials of his upcoming album Last Year Was Complicated.
Over the weekend, Nick also performed at New Orleans’ famed Jazz Fest.

The law does not allow transgender individuals to use the bathroom of the sex that they identify with and has caused many Hollywood stars to speak out and cancel engagements in the state.

Teaming up with Thomas Rhett and Danielle Bradbery for CMT Crossroads in Nashville, Tenn., on Friday night (April 22), the 23-year-old singer pulled out “Chainsaw” from his forthcoming album to perform for the crowd.

The 23-year-old singer had spent the week before in NYC preparing for his Saturday Night Live performance and had returned to the west coast two days earlier.
“Back in LA after a whirlwind week in NYC for SNL,” Nick tweeted when he arrived.
