MTV’s new upcoming comedy Happyland has found its cast!
According to Deadline, Bianca Santos, Shane Harper, and Katherine McNamara have signed on to star.
Happyland tells the story of Lucy (Santos), a cynical teen working as a greeter at the park where her single mother has played a fairytale princess for 15 years, and explores the realities of growing up and falling in love while living in a make-believe world.
Shane will play Ian, the handsome son of the park’s new president, a new hire at the park who is smitten by feisty Lucy. Meanwhile, Katherine is set to play Harper, a resident of the park who goes after Ian despite the fact that she has a boyfriend.

Bridgit Mendler rocks out on stage during a concert at the Royal Oak Music Theatre on Friday night (August 16) in Royal Oak, Mich.
“Had a great time tonight at the Royal Oak Theater in Detroit! Thanks for coming out for the show :),” the 20-year-old actress/singer wrote after the show.

Bridgit Mendler cozies up to boyfriend musician Shane Harper at the 2013 MTV Movie Awards held at Sony Pictures Studios on Sunday (April 14) in Los Angeles.
The 19-year-old actress/singer tweeted from the red carpet with a cute pic of the two, “MTV movie awards!!! We rock on.”

Alexa Vega keeps close to boyfriend actor Carlos Pena inside the 2013 Kids’ Choice Awards held at the USC Galen Center on Saturday (March 23) in Los Angeles.
The twosome weren’t the only couple seen at the award show where Carlos was nominated for Favorite TV Actor.
Halston Sage and James Maslow posed for a cute pic on the carpet and Bridgit Mendler and Shane Harper were all smiles on it. Ashley Tisdale and her beau, Christopher French, were also snapped inside the event.
