Miley Cyrus starts off the week with a shopping spree at Urban Outfitters with big sis Brandi in Los Angeles on Monday afternoon.
The 16-year-old Hannah Montana star told People that she’s excited for the holiday season. She shared, “We’re [our family] never really all home on a holiday, so it’s kind of hard to keep traditions alive. The most important thing is not about doing the same thing every year, but creating new memories.”
