Selena Gomez brings the gold and glitter to the Onitsuka Tiger-sponsored record release party of her debut CD, Kiss & Tell, held at Siren Studios in Hollywood on Tuesday night (September 29).
The 17-year-old starlet caught up with JJJ to chat about her new album and shared about The Scene with us.
Selena said of her self-titled “big brothers”, saying, “Ethan is the lead guitarist and also kind of like my mentor. He always makes sure I’m eating right and warms me up when it comes to my vocals. Joey is the class clown, Greg is the mellow guy, he’s always kind of chill, and Dane is a sweetheart.”

Gorgeous! I like Selena. I didn’t at first because I thought she was going to be a diva, be annoying, etc (like someone else — I’m sure you all know who I’m talking about). Honestly, what girl looks like that and carries herself so well? Selena seems so sweet and HUMBLE.

seriously? you dont know a voice at all. havent you ever heard whitney huston? christina aguilera? beyonce knowles? they have talent, selena had hers handed to her. its not fair, and even though she claims it was hard work, it isnt nearly as much hard work for someone starting from nothing. im not just saying this because im a hater of selena gomez because she is a good actress, she does have some sense in style. but singing is 100% not her thing.

But, I think her singing voice is not good. It sounds flat to me. I was hoping that Selena would’nt follow the other disney girls’ path, and not sing. She is much better at acting and is the best actress Disney has today. She should focus more on that.
