Braving the rain, Ashley Tisdale bundles up in a cream scarf and picks up a ice blend coffee from Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf in Los Angeles on Monday morning (December 7).
The 24-year-old actress was seen out last night with boyfriend Scott Speer and neighbors Jennie Garth and Peter Facinelli, heading to George Lopez‘s Christmas party.
Ash is keeping herself busy with more meetings — hopefully about a new movie role — and more Christmas shopping.

@gold baybay: First of all, there’s nothing wrong with drinking coffee everyday. A lot of people do that! And everytime she’s spotted there, she’s not probably just out for that. But that’s the only thing YOU see. Ashley IS a workaholic and that’s what you need to realize. Who told you that the gym “addiction” is not because that’s what they need for her new role? Work isn’t the last thing on her mind. And you’re talking like you know everything about her!! PLEASE!
